Welcome to the e-Masters Team Training section.

This section is one of the most important sections of the entire website. Reading it more frequently will help you get a better understanding of SFI and our system.

I am not a writer, neither am I trying to be one. The e-mastersteam.com website is an independent website designed in good faith to assist fellow affiliates under the e-Masters Team/Group to conduct their SFI business in a more organized and productive manner -- based on personal knowledge and experience of SFI company, system and the past experience with several other businesses and multi-level companies.

This information is presented to you on an "as is" basis and guided by SFI's published information, materials and policies. Please note, I am not an employee of SFI or any of its affiliated companies. I write this guide as an SFI affiliate and group leader for the sole purpose of assisting my SFI team and group so they can better understand this business and become more successful in the fastest way possible.

To begin with, you do not have to know everything about SFI in order to start. Just do the following first, then go to the promotion section and start giving away free gifts. The rest of the pieces will start fitting in place as you go:

There is no doubt that every beginning is difficult, I believe the main reason is that we often lack the necessary information and experience to see the whole picture and do what's right from the start.

A common statement which we often hear from people around us "if I knew this a year ago, I would've been in much better shape right now" In order to have you avoid saying this next year, I have created this website so you can really see the Big Picture of SFI, avoid the time waste, and do what's necessary from the start. 

My goal here is to make your start as pleasant and productive as possible. When you read the company and system overviews, you will realize that it is not a question of whether SFI will work for you, but it is only a question of whether you are willing to do what's necessary to succeed with SFI. Being an Executive Group Leader, I can assure you that it is well worth the effort. As a matter of fact, after only one year with SFI, my success results have exceeded my wildest expectations.

I just want you to know that I'm not some kind of an Internet guru that had everything come the easy way. At this time last year, I was still sitting at home half broke, debating whether this business could really work or not. I'll be more than happy to show you a proof of my bankruptcy that was discharged eight months ago. The only time it really started to work for me, is when I began to let go of my doubts and started doing what it takes to succeed. I've always had a lot of faith in our great leader (Gary Carson) and his vision... and so should you!

I just can't tell you enough about the great potential you have ahead of you, and how wonderful it is to be making a decent living working from home.

Before I go on any further, I would like you to get to know us a little better and become more familiar with our company... and most of all, I want you to feel right at home and realize that you are among friends who are ready to help you succeed in every way possible. Therefore, I would like you to read the following two sections and get familiar with our company, system and the people behind it.

Section One

Essential Information

Since you are a part of our rapidly growing team, our goal is to properly guide you through our entire system and to insure that you realize your full potential with SFI in the fastest way possible. In this section, we will introduce you to several basic and key areas in our organization.

First, I would like you to go to SFI's Resource Center under: http://www.sfimg.com/, you will need SFI's Global ID and Password to access this website. This link will open a new window in your browser, so you can go back and forth between the two as needed:

Next, click on the ADMIN link at the top right of the page - type in your personal SFI ID and Password then ENTER to go to your account. If you do not know your password, click on "Can't remember your SFI ID or password? click here" or http://www.sfimg.com/GET and it will be emailed to the email address that you supplied SFI with when you joined our affiliate program.

The ADMIN section of SFI website displays all your personal information and some of our unique services and features. You are authorized to make any changes in some of these areas as directed.

Let's go through them one by one and see what they mean:

The first paragraph displays all your personal information. Take note of the statement "Get Multi-Income Qualified Now" under your SFI ID. This statement reflects whether you are a Multi-income qualified or a seller's commission affiliate only. You can find out how to qualify by simply clicking on that link. In order to understand the benefits and difference between the two statuses, please go to our Compensation Plan at: http://www.sfimg.com/CompPlan/ and read items #1 and #2.

Next, if you have completed the Smart Start as instructed in my first welcome message, you will see a link to your newly activated SFI Gateway pages that will read something like this: "Gateway Website: www.ezinfocenter.com OR www.quickinfo247.com View/Edit" these gateway pages are your only means to promote your SFI business and enroll new affiliates under you. If you do not see this statement, then I urge you to complete the Smart Start right away and activate these pages before you continue with the rest of this training. You can also use our Hit Tracking Reports. This is a great feature that will allow you to track all your advertising results. 

Next, you will see the statement "Accumulate Commissions: YES/NO". This feature  will allow you to accumulate your commissions from affiliate sales until you qualify for multi-income. Setting this option to "YES" will make SFI hold your check until you change it yourself.

Change Account Info:
- Here you can change or update all your personal information that you provided to SFI. Please verify that all the information in this section are correct, if not, you can make the changes and update your account on the spot.

YOUR UPLINE TEAM: 
- These are your upline referrer and leaders - names and contacts. Every affiliate has a personal referrer and three leaders to get support from, some of these name could be the same and that depends on whom referred you to SFI. After checking this training manual and the SFI Helpdesk for support, these leaders can help you with your questions respectively: Team Leader (you always go to first), Group Leader (is your next choice), then, if all failed, go to you Executive Group Leader. 

POWERLINE TOOLS: 
- Here you can view your downline, start a new powerline or change the lead flow. We'll talk about the second two options later, but in the meantime, click on Genealogy to view your powerline and see how fast it's growing.

EAGLE CO-OP MANAGER: 
- This is our guaranteed co-op advertising manager - we'll talk more about this in our promotion session.

CONTACT MANAGER: 
- This is SFI's contact manager that we use to communicate with our affiliates.

MINTMAIL:
- This is another way to generate income from SFI by earning money per click, I encourage you to go ahead and sign up for this, it is absolutely free and will start building your income from day one. 

BuySFI.com:

This site is open exclusively to our SFI affiliates to purchase products from their own store - with many great savings, specials etc. This site is constantly being updated with exciting new products. Check it out more frequently. Also, these products will qualify you for multi-income by generating 10 SVP (Sales Volume Points) or more.

CLICKBUCKS:

COMMISSIONS: 
- That's where you'll find your monthly commission posted on or about the 10th of each month. Click on "Commission Schedule" to find out the commissions and SVP values of our qualifying products.

- Notifications -- this is where you turn your notifications (SFI emails) On or OFF.
- Search -- here you can search for an affiliate status using the affiliate ID#.

Section Two

Smart Start

Your next step and if you haven't done so, is to finish the Smart Start. Go to: http://www.sfimarketing.com/SmartStart/ log on with your SFI ID and Password and go through all twelve easy sections. Finishing the Smart Start is an absolute must for your business. It is like the fuel to your car, you simply cannot go anywhere without it. This program is designed to give you good understanding of SFI and your only way to activate your new Gateway Pages.

UNDERSTANDING YOUR BUSINESS IS YOUR FIRST STEP OF DOING BUSINESS!

Section Three

Some of you, especially those with short-term perspectives, often ask us questions like the following: 

• "How much will I make if I upgrade today with all these multi-income qualified affiliates in my Powerline?" 

• "Will I make $9 from each of these Affiliates?"

• "What is my exact commission if I upgrade now?" 

• "What must I do to break even and have my FCS subscription paid for, then to become profitable?" 

• "Will I keep all these people below me who upgraded before me?" 
  

TO BECOME SUCCESSFUL, YOU MUST DEVELOP THE BELIEF REGARDING SFI AND YOUR OWN ABILITIES. INSTEAD OF THESE SHORT TERM PERSPECTIVE, YOU MUST THINK LONG TERM SUCCESS AND WORK ON YOUR WRITTEN GOALS.

For anything to be achieved in life, a clear list of goals must be set. It is human nature to get distracted and to deviate from the main track unless there's a predefined set of goals that we are constantly reminded of in every step of the way. Also, it is so important that these goals be written down in big letters on a big piece of paper, and posted where can be seen and effortlessly read every time you are working on your business. Having a constant reminder of your goals every day will have you achieve them much faster than you can imagine! Even if you don't believe me, please do it anyway! It will only cost you one piece of paper and few drops of ink.

As I mentioned above, there's no such thing as easy beginning. However, in this business and our self-recruiting system, it will not get any easier, and will be well worth the effort. We have a system that is second to none in this industry, a 10-year-old can do it. All we ask is that you commit an honest couple of hours a day and follow our lead. You do not need to reinvent the wheel because the wheel has already been invented and rolling.

TRUE SUCCESS FORMULA FOR SFI  

1. Create a plan: It is essential to know what you are going to do before you do it. 
   
2. Set deadlines to accomplish what you plan: Besides creating a plan, it is also very important to set deadlines to accomplish each one of your goals described in your plan. 
   
3. Do not waste time: It is important that from this moment on you start accounting for your time. You should consider every day as if it were the last day of your life. 
   
4. If you have any contact with negative people, you are going to have to shut them out: There is nothing more frustrating than to have a conversation with negative people.
   
5. Stop listening to people unless they are doing better than you: You can get their opinion, you can hear what they are saying, but you cannot let them influence you. On the other hand, if they are doing better than you, then they probably know a little bit more, they have a little bit better attitude, and they probably have a little more experience.
   
6. Have fun: Enjoy what you do. The probabilities are that right now you do not enjoy what you are doing to make a living. 
   
7. Have a good attitude: A good attitude is worth a billion dollars. Have you ever heard that expression? You should have a good attitude towards anything that you do in life, even towards the things that go wrong and towards your mistakes.
   
8. Take care of your health: I am sure you realize how important your health is. Without it, having all the money in the world would be worthless because you would not be able to enjoy it.
   
9. Stop thinking job: Most of us are taught since we are kids that the rule in life is to have a job. Most of us go to school, then we go to a university or college, we get a degree, and finally we get a job for the rest of our lives (others simply jump from school straight to a job). 
   
10. Do for others: When I help other people, I feel good about myself. Right after I do something for somebody else (it does not matter what it is) and my help is actually effective, I get a feeling of satisfaction and completion almost the same to that feeling that I get when I solve one of my own problems.
