This Agreement provides the terms and conditions governing the use of the e-Masters Team and Imad Hamdan Free Website (www.e-mastersteam.com) or its mirrored websites, hereafter referred to as the WEBSITE. The WEBSITE provides individuals and entities, hereafter referred to as the USERS, with the right to use or copy the WEBSITE. USERS are individuals or entities who are Six-Figure Income Group (SFI) affiliates under the e-Masters Team or Imad Hamdan's SFI group. e-Masters Team and Imad Hamdan may, at its/his discretion, revoke these rights at anytime. By using this WEBSITE as a USER, you agree to use the WEBSITE in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with the terms and conditions discussed below.

1. Terms of FREE WEBSITE

The content of the e-Masters Team WEBSITE is available at no charge. The WEBSITE is an independent entity designed and written by Imad Hamdan - leader of the e-Masters Team for the sole purpose of assisting his Six-figure Income Marketing Group (SFI) team and group to better understand and develop their SFI business in an efficient and productive manner. Imad Hamdan / e-Masters Team are not employees of SFI neither any of its affiliated companies. Free WEBSITE is available to any Six-figure Income Marketing Group (SFI) affiliate under the e-Masters and/or Imad Hamdan's group who provides e-Masters Team with a legitimate SFI ID, name and electronic mail address. USER who agrees to use or copy the WEBSITE will be required to use or copy the WEBSITE from an original or designated copy sent by the e-Masters Team or Imad Hamdan without any modification, reproduction of any kind electronic or otherwise except for certain URL links, advertising links, banners and certain personal and team information that only apply to the SFI affiliate using the WEBSITE so long that all contents of the WEBSITE remain exactly the same and as intended by the designer. Any other changes, additions or modifications to the contents of the WEBSITE must be submitted to e-Masters Team in writing via email or other means of standard communication methods for approval. Also, USER will be responsible at his/her choice and expense to maintain and update the WEBSITE when informed with certain changes in which the USER will be notified by email or other means of standard communication methods. User is not allowed to distribute the WEBSITE for duplication in any form or shape. All copies must be issued and authorized by the e-Masters Team or Imad Hamdan with no exceptions. 

2. FREE WEBSITE Guidelines

USER agrees that the use of the WEBSITE is entirely at the USER's own risk. The WEBSITE is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. Furthermore, e-Masters Team, Imad Hamdan or any third-party content provider make no warranty with respect to any content, information, services, or products provided through or in conjunction with the WEBSITE.

The WEBSITE must be customized to USER'S own SFI gateway links as instructed before publishing to the internet.

The USER specifically agrees that e-Masters Team, Imad Hamdan or third-party content providers are not liable for any conduct by USERS associated with the WEBSITE.

USERs agree to indemnify the WEBSITE, e-Masters Team, Imad Hamdan and any third-party information provider against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from the USER's use of the WEBSITE.

This expressly includes: USER's responsibility for any and all liability arising from violation or infringement of proprietary rights, copyrights or trademarks and libelous or unlawful material contained within USER's Web Page(s) associated with the WEBSITE.

The WEBSITE, e-Masters Team, Imad Hamdan and third-party content providers make no guarantee of the accuracy, correctness, or completeness of any information on the WEBSITE and are not responsible for

i. any errors or omissions arising from the use of such information;

ii. any failures, delays, or interruptions in the delivery of any content or services contained within the WEBSITE; or

ii. Losses or damages arising from the use of the content or services provided by the WEBSITE.

e-Masters Team and Imad Hamdan make no express or implied warranties about the reliability of the techniques used in the WEBSITE.

3. Content Not Permitted; Used Or Associated With The WEBSITE

The following is a non-exclusive list of actions and content that are not permitted to be used, associated with or in conjunction with the WEBSITE, e-Masters Team or Imad Hamdan;

Pages that contain material that defames, abuses or threatens others including the exploitation of ../images of adults or children under 18 years of age.

Pages that contain material inconsistent with the spirit of WEBSITE or material that is grossly offensive to e-Masters Team and Imad Hamdan, including clear expressions of bigotry, pornography, racism, or hatred.

Pages that are engaged in any form of Net Abuse, Spam, Unsolicited Email or Unauthorized Newsgroup postings.

Pages that promote illegal activity.

 4. Copyrighted Material

All HTML code associated with the WEBSITE are either the property of e-Masters Team, Six-figure Income Marketing Group (SFI) or other third party. USERs who agree to use or copy the WEBSITE will be required to use or copy the WEBSITE as shown under the "Terms of FREE WEBSITE" clause #1 of this agreement.

If a USER wishes to include a copyrighted element in his/her copy of WEBSITE he/she assumes all liabilities and responsibilities. Any material protected by copyright may not be placed on the WEBSITE without the express permission of the author or owner of the copyrighted material.

5. Termination of Agreement

e-Masters Team and Imad Hamdan may terminate this agreement and require an immediate removal of all pages associated with the WEBSITE at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates this Agreement or other policies or guidelines set out by e-Masters Team elsewhere on the http://www.e-mastersteam.com WEBSITE. e-Masters Team reserves the right to make any and all decisions in these matters and e-Masters Team decisions are final.

6. Paid Services

Affiliate/customer agrees that payments for domain name registration, site registration, hosting, setup fees or any other services are non-refundable. All services with the exception to the monthly hosting service are provided based on a one-time service for a one-time fee, without any obligations for future changes or modifications. Affiliate/customer who uses our monthly hosting services may terminate this Agreement upon thirty (30) days prior notice and full payment of all subscription fees through the end of the notice period.

7. Choice of Law

This Agreement shall be constructed and controlled by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising hereunder will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. The USER agrees to personal jurisdiction by the state and federal courts of the State of Florida.

8. Merger Clause

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter contained herein and supersedes any other agreement, proposals and communications, written or oral, between the e-Masters Team or Imad Hamdan and the USER. e-Masters Team may amend this Agreement at any time without notice from the e-Masters Team to the USER. It is the "USER's" responsibility to monitor this document, which is published on the http://www.e-mastersteam.com WEBSITE.

9. Discrimination

The WEBSITE does not discriminate on the basis of age, gender, ethnicity, or geographic location.

The text, images, graphics, logos, and layout on this WEBSITE are copyrighted by Imad Hamdan and the e-Masters Team.
The third party trademarks, trade names, service marks, and corporate logos are copyrighted by their respective owners.
In preparing this WEBSITE, we have tried to include accurate, complete and current information. However, we make no guarantees or warranties (express or implied) about the WEBSITE or its contents. The information contained here in is provided "AS IS" and we are not responsible for its use or misuse.
